The therapies, Thai massages, Swedish bodywork, foot reflexology, and saloon treatments offered across all our locations are designed purely for physical relaxation, rejuvenation, and comfort. They are not intended as clinical treatments, medical physiotherapy, or cures for chronic ailments.

2. Mandatory Prior Health Disclosure

For your personal safety, clients are required to inform the branch reception and certified therapists before beginning any treatment in case of:

Cardiovascular & Blood Pressure: History of heart conditions, hypertension, or low blood pressure.
Maternity & Surgeries: Pregnancy, recent operations, or bone/joint injuries.
Allergies: Known sensitivities to specific aromatic oils, creams, or herbal scrubs.

Note: Our therapists reserve the right to modify or refuse specific massage strokes if deemed unsafe for your declared health condition.

3. Personal Belongings & Valuables

While lockers and storage spaces are provided at our city centers, guests are encouraged to minimize bringing high-value jewelry or large sums of cash. Management and branch staff cannot be held liable for unattended personal items.
