Welcome to Golden Door Spa & Saloon. By booking an appointment online, by phone, or visiting any of our 14 luxury wellness centers across Uttar Pradesh, you agree to comply with the operational terms outlined below.
1. Appointments, Reporting & Rescheduling
To ensure scheduled therapists and private therapy rooms are prepared on time:
- Arrival Time: Guests are requested to report at the reception 10-15 minutes prior to their reserved session slot.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late will result in reduced session duration to prevent disruption to subsequent client bookings.
- Rescheduling Notice: Cancellation or slot changes must be notified at least 2 hours in advance.
2. Professional Code of Conduct
Golden Door Spa & Saloon operates strictly as a luxury, certified therapeutic establishment. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against inappropriate behavior.
3. Packages, Vouchers & Multi-City Validity
Rules governing memberships, promo vouchers, and custom wellness packages:
- Multi-City Access: Select premium packages can be redeemed across participating city centers upon prior notice.
- Non-Transferable: Membership accounts and session coupons are non-transferable and non-refundable in cash.
- Validity Period: All packages must be utilized within their specified active timeline.
